Rates & Informations:
    Non-for-profit organizations (501 C3 Form required): $500 - 9am to 9pm week's days - On demand for the weekend and night after 9pm..
    Private companies and individual: $1000 from 9am to 9pm week's days - On demand for the weekend and night after 9pm..
    System Tecnician: $75 per hour (reserve at least one month prior the event). $20 also available for minimum requirements
    Cleaning fee when applicable (you will return the room in the exact same shape it was rented to you)
    Payment: 50% of fee shall be paid upon reservation and sold 24h hours before the event.
    Free parking at 629 SW 7th Street.

    Cancellation policy: AF reserves the right to keep 50% of the payment if the cancellation is made less than one month in advance.

    La Table can provide foods, salty dishes, desserts and drinks.

 Office and showroom

You are looking for an office or a temporary exhibition room.
We can offer you an office / showroom in the heart of the Alliance Française with great visibility and many possible arrangements.

Rates & Informations:
    Non-for-profit organizations (501 C3 Form required): $100 per day or $450 per week
    Private companies: $150 per day or $600 per week (Summer discount, June to August : $110 per day or $500 per week).
    Cleaning fee when applicable (you will return the room in the exact same shape it was rented to you)
    Payment: 50% of fee shall be paid upon reservation
    Free parking at 629 SW 7th Street.
