Rates & Informations:
Non-for-profit organizations (501 C3 Form required): $500 per night
Private companies: $1000 per night (Summer discount June to August : $600 per day)
System Tecnician: $75 per hour (reserve at least one month prior the event). $20 also available for minimum requirements
Cleaning fee when applicable (you will return the room in the exact same shape it was rented to you)
Payment: 50% of fee shall be paid upon reservation
Free parking at 629 SW 7th Street.
Cancellation policy: AF reserves the right to keep 50% of the payment if the cancellation is made less than one month in advance.
Café Bon Appetit can provide foods, salty dishes, desserts and drinks.
