PAYMENT
Payment of all fees must be made in full at the time of registration by check, cash or credit card. Enrollment in a class should be done at least three days prior to the first day of class.

Withdrawal from courses must be received by email at courses@afmiami.org

Withdrawal notices are required at least three business days prior to the first day of class, for a refund less a processing fee of $80.

There is no prorating for late registrations.

No refunds for workshops. Workshop with drawals are accepted up to three business days before the start of the workshop for a credit of 50% of the workshop tuition fee.

The Alliance française South Florida reserve the right to cancel classes and workshops and the right to change teachers during sessions if necessary without advanced notice.

Transfers from one course to another within the same session or to private lessons are allowed only within the first two weeks of the session.

Use of cell phones is not permitted in classrooms. Any student using a cell phone will be asked to leave the class.

ENROLLMENT
All students are required to be registered at least 3 days before class begins.

Only registered students are allowed to attend class.

Courses on 5½ weeks: late enrollment accepted until the end of the first class.
The course fee remains the same but you are entitled to 1 hour of private tutoring.

Courses on 11 weeks : Late enrollment accepted until the end of the second week of classes.
The course fee remains the same but you are entitled to 1 hour of private tutoring per week missed.

Thematic courses : enrollment accepted anytime during the term. Class fees are prorate.

MEMBERSHIP
The Alliance Française requires his students to be current members of the organization.
Because the Alliance Française is a nonprofit cultural center as well as a language school, we feel it is important for his students to take advantage of all the benefits that we offer outside of the classroom: the library resource center, cultural events, educational presentations, and community partnerships.
