After the First success of Nestor at l’Alliance, He’ll be back for the second time with a new concert! - Wednesday, March 30th at 7.30 pm with Nestor Zurita H. (saxophone) and Paul Banman (piano)

The Zurita-Banman Duet has created much expectation in the community and with an ever increasing following the concert promises to be a wonderful experience.
Come and enjoy a Free Jazz concert in a Cultural atmosphere that is open to every one including children


The Nestor Zurita and Paul Banman Jazz Duo is a new and exiting duet of Jazz musicians, each a virtuoso of his instrument.
The music is all original and composed by Nestor Zurita and it can be described as a fusion of stiles that range from the Bebop to modern Latin. The main purpose of the duo is to explore new forms of improvisation wile at the same time pay tribute to the jazz tradition.

Nestor Zurita has performed thru the United States, Europe, and various countries of Central and South America, playing hundreds of concerts in a wide variety of styles, from Jazz to Classical to Contemporary and Modern Music, and exploring and playing traditional miusic from arround the world. He has played with Steve Lacy, Dado Moroni, Aldo Zunino, Jovinho Santos Neto, etc..

Paul Banman: Producer, music director and keyboardist, brings an eclectic musical experience to all his musical endeavors. Paul has performed with world class jazz artists - Pete Minger-trumpet, Othello Molineaux-steel pan, and Jerry Hahn-guitarist in his career, and also, to have toured internationally with 60's favorites "The Lettermen", played Swiss resorts with the "BB White Group", as well as Robin Avery.
