Rates & Information

- Private Companies: $1000 per night
- Non-Profit Organizations (501 C3 Form Required): $500 per night

- System Technician: $ 75 per hour > Reserve at least 1 month prior to the event ($20 also available for minimal requirements)
- Cleaning fee when applicable*
- Payment: 50 %of fee shall be paid upon Reservation

Cancellation Policy: AF reserves the right to keep 50% of the payment if the cancellation is made less than one month in advance. * You will return the room in the exact same shape it was rented to you.
